1. Ownership and Definitions
The website and platform https://financenews365.com/ are owned by LEADS COMPANY LTDA, registered under CNPJ number 27.647.923/0001-96. In this document, the terms “SITE” and “Finance News 365” refer to the website and platform https://financenews365.com/, while the terms “VISITOR” and “USER” refer to any individual or legal entity that accesses and uses the services available on this SITE.
2. Access Conditions
Access to and use of this SITE are subject to acceptance of all the conditions outlined in these Terms of Use. Therefore, if the VISITOR disagrees with any condition of this document, access and use of this SITE must be immediately interrupted.
These Terms of Use define the rights and obligations of both the SITE and the VISITOR involved during access and use of the SITE, including the services offered.
By continuing to access and use this SITE, the VISITOR agrees to all the conditions present in the Terms of Use for Finance News 365.

4. Website Objective
Finance News 365 is an online platform aimed at assisting USERS in finding the best solutions and options for products and services offered by Finance News 365’s partner websites in an agile and convenient manner.
Finance News 365 does not sell any products or services directly to USERS, acting only as a facilitator in presenting available options in the market based on the USER’s interest, profile, and offers available on the Finance News 365 platform.
Finance News 365 does not guarantee USERS any success in the approval of products or services offered by partner websites.
5. Trademark Rights and Intellectual Property
This SITE owns the Finance News 365 trademark and materials of intellectual property belonging to Cenário Capital Ltda. Such materials include, but are not limited to, logos, trademarks, designs, layouts, appearances, and graphics; reproduction is prohibited.
The USER assumes all civil and/or criminal liability for the improper use of information, texts, graphics, trademarks, works, and all intellectual or industrial property rights of this SITE.
Any use not covered by this authorization will be considered a violation of copyright and will be subject to the applicable penalties under Law No. 9,610/98, dated February 19, 1998, and any amendments thereto.
6. User Responsibilities
It is the USER’s responsibility to register on the SITE, being liable for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided, as well as for the safeguarding of any access passwords.
The USER is also responsible for maintaining the security of their computer environment using available tools such as antivirus and firewalls, thereby contributing to the prevention of electronic risks arising from USER access.
The USER is responsible for the use and/or sending of any material and/or content that may infringe the rights of third parties.
The USER may not access the SITE using any non-human resource, such as automated software, processes, programs, robots, among others.
The USER agrees to indemnify the Company in retrogressive action for any damages caused to it as a result of actions involving the USER’s acts, including the effects of Art. 70, III, of the Code of Civil Procedure.
7. Consent for Data Processing
These Terms of Use aim to register the free, informed, and unequivocal manifestation by which the USER consents to the processing of their personal data for specific purposes, in accordance with Law No. 13,709 – General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
The USER authorizes the SITE to make decisions as well as carry out the processing of their personal data, involving operations such as collection, production, receipt, classification, usage, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.
The SITE is authorized to make decisions regarding the processing and handle the following personal data of the USER: full name, date of birth, Individual Taxpayer Registry number (CPF), phone numbers, WhatsApp, email addresses, username, and passwords specific to the USER’s services on the SITE, verbal and written communications between the USER and the SITE.
The processing of the personal data listed in these Terms aims to allow the SITE and its partners to identify and contact the USER for commercial relationship purposes, providing the USER with its products and services, either for a fee or free of charge, as well as allowing Finance News 365 to structure, test, promote, and advertise products and services, personalized or not to the USER’s profile.
Finance News 365 is authorized to share the USER’s personal data with other data processing agents if necessary for the purposes listed in these Terms, observing the principles and guarantees established by Law No. 13,709.
Finance News 365 commits to maintaining technical and administrative security measures capable of protecting the personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication, or any form of inappropriate or unlawful processing. In accordance with Art. 48 of Law No. 13,709, the SITE will communicate to the USER and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) the occurrence of a security incident that may pose a risk or significant damage to the USER.
Finance News 365 may maintain and process the USER’s personal data for as long as they are relevant to the purposes listed in these Terms. Anonymized personal data, with no possibility of association with the individual, may be retained indefinitely.
The USER may request via email to the SITE at any time that the non-anonymized personal data be deleted. The USER acknowledges that it may become unfeasible for the SITE to continue providing products or services following the deletion of personal data, and that they should not access it until a new acceptance of these Terms of Use is completed as per Clause II. For the purpose of assessing the quality of the SITE and the services provided, the USER authorizes us to contact them directly at any time.
8. Credit Analysis
The USER is aware and expressly authorizes that if necessary for the continuation of service provision, partner banks may access and consult the USER’s deposit and investment data in other financial institutions, as well as the information regarding the USER in the registration of credit protection agencies such as SPC and Serasa, as well as any other information recorded in the Central Bank’s Credit Information System (SCR), in accordance with Article 1, § 3, V of Complementary Law No. 105/01, which states that revealing sensitive information with the USER’s express consent does not constitute a breach of banking secrecy.
The USER is aware and expressly authorizes the financial institutions partnering with the SITE to disclose, share, and exchange information about them with the SITE or any other third parties linked to it, for purposes of registration, credit risk analysis, and any other purposes, including, but not limited to, the offering of products from the SITE or the respective third-party.
9. Partner Sites, Third Parties, and Advertisers
Due to its nature and for the convenience of the USER, Finance News 365 may provide access links to websites, tools, and resources from partner companies or advertisers of the Finance News 365 platform.
The USER acknowledges and agrees that Finance News 365 is not responsible and does not endorse or take responsibility for any content, advertisements, products, services, or the Terms of Use and privacy policies of these websites or any other materials contained or made available through them.
The USER should inform themselves of the Terms of Use, privacy policies, and other documents that may govern their access or use of third-party websites before providing any kind of information, accessing, or using any resources in those third-party environments.
The USER explicitly acknowledges and agrees that Finance News 365 shall not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any losses or damages actually or allegedly caused by or in connection with reliance on the information, goods, and services available on or through such third-party sites.
10. General Provisions
Tolerance of any eventual breach of any of the clauses and conditions of this instrument shall not constitute a waiver of the obligations stipulated herein and shall not prevent or inhibit the enforceability of the same at any time.
These Terms of Use constitute the integral agreement between the parties involved, prevailing over any other understanding established previously.
The SITE is not responsible for access and use of fraudulent information by third parties in the USER’s name, such as, but not limited to, ideological falsehood.
Finance News 365 does not guarantee the availability of the platform and reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel access to the SITE at any time, without prior notice to the USER.
Use of this SITE and any disputes arising from such use are subject to the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the courts of the City of Campinas, State of São Paulo.
